My studio, Joy & Disaster, provides services to creative people. From web and social presence management, scriptwriting, production or project management services. As a freelancer, I provided various services:

Sunday Crowd Studios. Video productions scriptwriting & archive management for the studio's customers. You can view some of our productions here.

Igal Bursztyn Archives. I built the website for Igal Bursztyn, a renowned Israeli filmmaker.

Ma Hamatzav Podcast. I co-produced and led the writing team for "Ma Hamatzav" - a podcast for kids during wartime, aired on KZ Radio.

Nucleai is an AI-powered Spatial Biology analysis platform. We analyze cancerous biopsies and provide spatial insights and signatures that can later be correlated to treatment success criteria. At Nucleai, I was responsible for E2E product strategy & execution.

Supported Round B product-related content creation (website's offering section, milestones and roadmap)

Led product discovery sessions with customers (buyers & users of Nucleai's ATOM platform)

Prepared the company's quarterly roadmaps and set the OKRs in collaboration with the founding team

Product marketing: Launched the company's website and crafted materials supporting Nucleai's marketing strategy, working with external studio.

Led all pharma companies' pilot projects, maintaining a 75% customer retention for returning projects

Additionally, I managed the Data Operations team comprising of 20 data specialists, annotating Nucleai's unique biological data-set.

2019-2020: Leading the MaaS (Mobility as a Service) next-gen product line.
E2E responsibility for two SaaS projects in collaboration with Ayalon Highway Company & the ministry of transportation in Israel:

Derech Erech - a behavioral experiment in incentivizing citizens to reduce congestion & minimize private vehicle usage in Israel.

The Station - app-based ticketing (replacing the physical Rav-Kav) & public transit planning. Product launch ETA: EO 2020
2016-2019: Managing Via's consumer-facing Rider Apps operating >1M monthly rides around the world.
Working closely with our teams around the world to define the needs and build them as a customized SaaS platform. Key features we've launched: Rider app as a platform (SaaS), dynamic pricing, pre-booking a ride, QR-based pickup detection for autonomous vehicles & more.

Led different products and initiatives in the ad-tech incentivized industry while maintaining a service of tens of millions DAUs.
Leading fraud management initiative across the company.
Leading the biggest revenue stream ad product (Offerwall).
